Organisational Design

All businesses are organised into a specific structure which identifies the positions and roles of employees.  It enables the business to divide and coordinate work in order to achieve objectives.  How a business is organised will often depend on its size, culture and ethos; decided by the owner or directors.  Organisational design will also inform internal and external communications in the business.  In this key notes section, we are introduced to organisational structures, organisational culture and communication methods used in businesses.
